1. How do I become Volunteer Distributor?
First Step: Sign the contract
You sign the contract form. You need to fill out the form in Capital Letters with your personal details so we can put all your correct information on our database. You can send the form by Email.
Second Step: Buy the Starter Kit
After you sign the contract, you need a Starter Kit. Purchase starter kits directly from us when you send your registration form in. Remember to include delivery cost.
It is very important to be in the Bible Reading Challenge before becoming a Volunteer.
2. What does the Starter Kit include?
Starter Kit includes: 25 Reading the Bible in 365 Days booklets, 5 copies of each for; Beginning to End, Chronological, New then Old and Old and New. You also get 75pcs Bible Page markers for marketing and promotion to help you introduce your new business. The Starter Kit price is Kshs 3,750.
3. How do I get Free Delivery?
You won’t pay the delivery costs if your order for Bible Reading Challenge books is worth Kshs 7,500 or more for delivery within Kenya. If your order is for less, then Kshs 200 or more is charged depending on your location. Delivery companies chargers vary, but we try to select the ones that is most cost effective.
4. I want my order delivered to outside Kenya. What are the shipping costs?
Ever location in the world has different shipping costs. It will also depend on whether there is a The Bible Club House office in the country or not.
5. Can I add to an order I have already placed?
Yes, but only up to 15minutes after you placed the original order. It is not possible to do it any later as the order is already being processed and prepared to be sent to you. We want to avoid missing any products in the parcels. So please prepare your order carefully and be very clear about the items you request. Thank you.
6. How do I get my registration number?
Once we have registered you in our database we will send you your number. After we verify your personal details we are able to give you your number. Please remember to provide us your e-mail address on the contract form.
7. How do I place the order?
After you have received your number you can now place your order immediately by e-mail. If you order and pay before 2pm you will have your products the next working day. You need to pay in advance. You can pay by MPESA.
8. How can I find out about the promotions?
You will receive promotion leaflets in the parcels. You will also be contacted when there is NEWS. The easiest way to inform you about current promotions and news is by going to our Web Site www.thebibleclubhouse.com. You can use internet in internet cafes, if you do not have access at home.
9. Will there be new products?
Yes, we will increase our products range. You will be informed about all new products in our leaflets, in our website and by e-mail.
10. Will the free gifts change?
We will change our promotional items and free gifts from time to time.
11. Will The Bible Club House open new head offices in Kenya?
We don’t plan to open new offices in Kenya. There will be only one head office in Nairobi. Our service is very good and we can send parcels within Kenya in 24 hours to our distributors after they have placed an order.
12. What is the procedure of ordering the products?
Orders are received by e-mail: • If you order your products before 2 pm (date of the e-mail being received) and if you pay your products in advance before 2 pm you will have your parcel next working day (except Saturday and Sunday) • If we receive your order after 2 pm we will send your order next working day so you will have your products in two working days. • If you have paid for your order and the parcel has been sent but you haven’t received it within 3 working days please contact us.
13. What are the payment methods?
You pay by MPESA. After we receive payment we will send your parcel. After you place the order we will tell you how much you have to pay. If you pay before 2 pm you will have your products next working day after we receive the payment. Once we receive the payment we will send you the parcel.
14. What to do if the product is damaged.
If you notice that a product is damaged by us or the courier, please inform us and we will send you a replacement. Please provide us your distributors’ details and description of what happened to your products/ parcel.
15. Do I have to pay tax on my commission?
Every distributor is responsible for their own tax returns.
16. Is my commission paid automatically into my bank account?
No, you need to let us know that you want us to transfer your commission to your bank account. If you ask us to send you your commission to your bank account, we will then do it automatically every month unless it is less than Ksh 2,000.00 or if you tell us not to do it every month. We can also send through MPESA for those in Kenya.
If you don’t tell us and you have some commission on your account we will deduct your commission automatically with your next order as a discount. We can deduct maximum 50% of an invoice. The rest of your commission goes to the next order. If you don’t use your whole commission in one month it goes to the next month. You don’t lose your money.
